Using the Reaction Club app, a real coach helps employees to build their ultimate wellbeing routine and ensure they stick to it. Employees will earn points for completing health tasks, encouraging teammates and for sharing their experiences. These points are exchangeable for prizes such as Nike or Lululemon gift cards, Suunto sport watches and much more.
Employees can explore a variety of training programs from resilience coaching, led by Paralympic gold medalist Lauren Rowels, lifestyle coaching by pro surfer and Olympic athlete Anat Lelior, to goal setting workshops by judoka world champion and Olympic bronze medalist, Yarden Gerbi.
Whilst each employee has their own personalised wellbeing program, the app engagement tool groups employees based on similar goals to help them become motivators for each other.
“Combining tech and touch is the future of wellbeing. Research shows that people find it hard to stick with a wellness app. Having a communicative human who will provide coaching and motivation makes all the difference. We focus on building technology that enables expert coaching on a larger scale.”
