A wide research done globally shows that eating unhealthy food over time, causes more disease than lack of exercise, smoking and alcohol consumption. New research advises us to eat a daily variety of vegetables and fruits consisting of five different colors.
Because we tend to consume a small variety of food these days and the main part of our nutrition is based on rice and wheat. Therefore, our gut microbiome, which is responsible for removing waste and toxins from our body, is not varied enough.
