This workshop is a practical guide to creating /maintaining healthy habits whilst working from home. Participants will learn how to manage time effectively and how to set boundaries to stay healthy when home full time.
One positive thing that the pandemic has forced many of us into is more home cooking. Many of us relied on convenient food when in an office environment, but there is enormous scope for a healthier nutrition plan while working remotely. This session focuses on planning and preparing food in your kitchen that supports your remote lifestyle.
Upon completion, participants will have the confidence to plan their weekly remote nutrition plan. Everything from shopping, preparing, cooking and portion control will be covered.
