About The Workshop Leader: Lara Higginson
Having worked in the Corporate environment for a few years, Lara saw colleagues signed off for burnout and stress and understands the effects that overwhelm can have on people’s lives. She personally found that mindful movement, fitness and good nutrition was changing her life for the better, so she decided to make a career change and focus on Corporate Wellness. Lara is now a qualified stress coach, Yoga teacher and Personal Trainer and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others.
