Stretch at Your Desk

Duration: 20 minutes 

Spending long periods of time at your desk can leave your muscles feeling achy and tense. Our body’s love to move, so join us for a “Stretch at Your Desk” session to improve mobility, posture and flexibility. 

Why we think you’ll love it:

  • Each session will stretch out your whole body, including tension areas such as your neck, shoulders and back
  • By regularly moving and stretching you will ease existing tension and improve joint mobility. 
  • Learn how to sit and stand properly, to prevent muscle tension in the future 

Gather your team for a 20mins work break led by a professional stretching expert. The session will combine stretching and breathing exercises

Session duration: 20mins 

Up to 25 participants per session
