About this event 🏄‍♀️

You will learn 2 super easy and delicious Brazilian recipes from me, Chef Mariana Pelozio to make at home. Together you will learn how to make what we call ˜Baião de Dois” and the dessert “Brigadeiro”. If you have some lemon, vodka and sugar, I can also teach you how to make a Caipirinha!
‘Baião de dois’ is a typical dance from the northeast of Brazil, which also gives the name of this recipe that has simple and delicious elements, such as rice, beans, bacon, dried meat and cheese. But don’t worry, I can teach you how to find and replace the ingredients, in case you can’t find them
Stop to think about the best dish you’ve ever tasted. My best experiences, and probably my love for the kitchen, don’t come from any starred restaurant. The best dishes I’ve ever tasted came out of my grandmothers’ hands.

With that in mind, our menu was prepared using a mix of Brazilian and Italian cuisine with a very special touch, which brings my grandmother’s taste to each dish in a cozy way.

What to bring

For Baião de Dois: for 2 people 1 cup of cooked rice, 1 cup of precooked black-eyed peas or other type of beans (baked, boiled, frozen, or from a can) without sauce or water, 100gr of rennet cheese (Halloumi cheese is a good substitute!), 100g of bacon and sausage (Italian sausage smoked is nice!), salt and pepper. Fresh Cilantro and one pre-chopped onion

For the brigadeiro: 1 can of condensed milk (not evaporated milk), 1/2 tablespoon of butter, 100gr of chocolate bar 50% cocoa or more

cookware and kitchen utensils with spoons, knife, cutting board and plates.

If your team is already using the Reaction Club app, booking your activity is simple and fast. Select the activity you want and wait for the vendor to approve the booking.

Once approved, the app will make the activity available to your team. All necessary details, including the Zoom link, will already be included. Your team members will receive a notification inviting them to register for the activity.

Is the event recorded? will it be available to employees who couldn't make it?

By default, all events are recorded and can be accessed by your team via the Reaction Club app for up to 30 days. The recording and analytics can also be found on the Reaction admin dashboard. If any exceptions apply, they will be specified beforehand.

Yes, the platform offers automated reports that allow you to view the list of individuals who registered for and attended your event.

Can i open and introduce the session first before the vendor starts?

Certainly! If you have any special requirements, please let us know after booking a session so we can coordinate them with the vendor.

How can I be sure that the vendor will host a successful session for my team?

Prior to adding any vendors to our marketplace, we subject them to a VAT (Vendor Assessment Test) to ensure that their presence will contribute to the success of your business. Our vendor requirements are stringent, and only a small percentage of applications successfully pass through our selection process, which is aimed at maintaining a high-quality service.

What is something isn't working technically?

We utilize Zoom, which is integrated into our software, to stream the sessions. This guarantees a dependable technical solution. Furthermore, our support team is accessible throughout the entire event – before, during, and after – to provide assistance in the event of any issues.
