Mindy is an impassioned advocate in the the adolescent and young adult (AYA) breast cancer space who recently celebrated 6 years cancer-free after an unexpected diagnosis with an aggressive stage 2 breast cancer in 2016. In her professional life, she is a medical speech-language pathologist practicing in the healthcare setting. If your team is already using the Reaction Club app, booking your activity is simple and fast. Select the activity you want and wait for the vendor to approve the booking.
Once approved, the app will make the activity available to your team. All necessary details, including the Zoom link, will already be included. Your team members will receive a notification inviting them to register for the activity.
If your team isn’t using the Reaction Club app yet, once the booking is confirmed you’ll receive a QR code and link to invite them. The app is designed to engage team members prior to the event, creating excitement and motivation to attend.
By default, all events are recorded and can be accessed by your team via the Reaction Club app for up to 30 days. The recording and analytics can also be found on the Reaction admin dashboard. If any exceptions apply, they will be specified beforehand.
Participants are NOT limited to accessing the event through the Reaction Club app. A shareable link will be available on the event page within the app. As an admin, you can also share a link with your team via email. However, please keep in mind that if you share the link via email, automated attendance reports may not function correctly. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to invite employees to access the event through the app for the best experience.
Yes, the platform offers automated reports that allow you to view the list of individuals who registered for and attended your event.
