Virtual Yoga Session

Duration: 30 minutes 

Calm your mind by moving your body. Our minds and bodies are connected via the breath, so join us for a Yoga session which will leave you feeling relaxed, mobile and at ease. No headstands or handstands, this is a yoga class open to all and you’ll notice improvements in strength and flexibility after a few sessions.  

Why we think you’ll love it:

  • Each session will stretch out your whole body, including tension areas such as your neck, shoulders and back
  • Move with your breath to calm the mind and bring in a sense of ease 
  • Strengthen ligaments around your joints to improve balance and prevent injury. 

Gather your team for a 30mins work break led by a professional Yoga Teacher. The session will combine stretching, movement and breathwork.
