Do you feel slow, half awake, or unfocused in the morning? Or maybe you grab your phone upon waking, get lost in it, and then end up scrambling to get ready?
So did I.
I STRUGGLED with being alert, focused and feeling good physically. Upon waking, I would check my phone, then rush to make coffee and get to practice. These practices were… unproductive – to say the least.
In order to qualify for the Games, I needed to break my own National Record by 3 meters / 10 feet. If I wanted a shot at making the team, mastering my mornings was a non-negotiable.
Over the last decade, I have studied, tested, refined my morning routine to produce an optimized mental and physiological state – in 15-20 minutes. I call it my “minimum effective dose” routine.

2. Reclaiming Your Blank Slate – choosing your first thoughts
3. Meditating – 1 minute
4. Movement – 90 seconds
5. Cold Shower – 1 minute
In this online experience, we walk through the routine together and talk about the science behind it. I’ll also share the incredible story of how I made my first Olympics.
At the end of the event, I give out a “cheat sheet” with the how-to’s, science, and additional resources.
This experience is tailored for team-building! Upon request, it can be shortened to a 50 minute webinar style event.

How It Works 👩💻
If your team is already using the Reaction Club app, booking your activity is simple and fast. Select the activity you want and wait for the vendor to approve the booking.
Once approved, the app will make the activity available to your team. All necessary details, including the Zoom link, will already be included. Your team members will receive a notification inviting them to register for the activity.

FAQ
Is the event recorded? will it be available to employees who couldn't make it?
By default, all events are recorded and can be accessed by your team via the Reaction Club app for up to 30 days. The recording and analytics can also be found on the Reaction admin dashboard. If any exceptions apply, they will be specified beforehand.
Can the session be accessed only from the Reaction Club app or from other devices as well?
Participants are NOT limited to accessing the event through the Reaction Club app. A shareable link will be available on the event page within the app. As an admin, you can also share a link with your team via email. However, please keep in mind that if you share the link via email, automated attendance reports may not function correctly. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to invite employees to access the event through the app for the best experience.
Is there a way to find out how many people went to the session?
Yes, the platform offers automated reports that allow you to view the list of individuals who registered for and attended your event.
Can i open and introduce the session first before the vendor starts?
Certainly! If you have any special requirements, please let us know after booking a session so we can coordinate them with the vendor.
How can I be sure that the vendor will host a successful session for my team?
Prior to adding any vendors to our marketplace, we subject them to a VAT (Vendor Assessment Test) to ensure that their presence will contribute to the success of your business. Our vendor requirements are stringent, and only a small percentage of applications successfully pass through our selection process, which is aimed at maintaining a high-quality service.
What is something isn't working technically?
We utilize Zoom, which is integrated into our software, to stream the sessions. This guarantees a dependable technical solution. Furthermore, our support team is accessible throughout the entire event – before, during, and after – to provide assistance in the event of any issues.
