Frequently Asked Questions

Login

In order to log in, you first require an invitation link, which can be supplied by your employer. Once you have your invitation you can follow these steps:

  1. Get an invitation link from your employer.
  2. Download the Reaction Club app from the app store and open it.
  3. Sign in.
  4. Open the invitation link on your phone and enjoy using the Reaction Club app!

If you are still having trouble logging in, please contact us and provide us with the company name, details about the specific issue you are facing and attach screenshots or screen recordings if you think those can help us understand the issue better.

 

If you were able to log in to the app before, you are probably using a different login method. Please try logging in using the other methods (Facebook/Google/Apple/Password)

Points and rewards

The rewards on the Reaction Club app are paid for by your employer. It might take some time for your employer to approve the reward, which can create delays in delivery.

Please allow us up to 7 business days to provide your reward before contacting us.

Your points have no expiry date, so just keep on being active and save them up. The rewards will be back in stock soon!!

You can earn points in a few different ways:

  • Complete a task – 1 point (max 5 points per day)
  • Joining events – 2 points for attending events (only events that are listed in the app)
  • Motivate teammates in feed – like, comment, share and post to earn points.
  • Invite people to join – 3 points whenever someone you’ve invited joins the app.

In the feed section, you will earn a point for every 3 comments or every 10 likes. You can get up to 2 points for commenting and 2 points for liking per day.

It is possible for you to not be verified as a participant for one reason or another despite joining an event. If that happens you can ask the coach leading the event to verify you manually. Once you’ve been verified, you will get the points.

If you reached the desired steps goal and did not receive a point, please contact us and provide a screenshot. We will manually add a point to your account.

You can only get up to 5 points every day for completing tasks –  but don’t let that stop you from completing more! You are still getting the health benefits.

Technical issues

If you think the step counter on the app is not accurate (or it’s not working at all) please try the following:

  1. IOS (Iphones) – visit your phone’s setting > Health > Data Access & devices > Reaction Cub > Turn On all

  2. Android – download the Google Fit app and sign in. Then open the Reaction Club app, visit the menu on the top left side of the screen > settings > switch ON the google fit sync

Still not working well? please click on the app menu > report an issue > write what’s not working well

Steps data is collected from your phone, so in order to sync Reaction with your smartwatch, you’ll first need to sync Reaction with Google Fit (Android) or with Apple Health (IOS)

Once that’s done, Sync your smartwatch with Google Fit (Android) or with Apple Health (IOS) and all of your data, from both your phone and your smartwatch, will be synced with the Reaction app.

If you are still having trouble syncing your smartwatch, please contact us.
In your request, provide your phone model as well as your smartwatch model.

Account

We are sorry to see you go. If you’re sure you’d like to delete your account, we’ll help you with that process.

How to delete my account?

  1. In the Reaction app, go to settings
  2. Go to Account
  3. At the bottom of the screen, choose delete account and confirm

If you feel like it, contact us and let us know why you are leaving. We would love to know so we could improve for others where we failed you.

If you logged in to your account and it looks like all your progress is gone, don’t worry! Your account is still active, you just logged in with a different method. Please try logging in with Facebook/Google/Apple/Password. If you have another email, try it as well, as you could have signed up using that one.

 

If you are still having trouble finding your account progress, please contact us and include all the information you recall about your account: Name, Company, Employee number, Programs you were in, and so on. We’ll have you back on track as soon as we can!
