Christina has over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and nutritionist working with a variety of athletes and busy professionals. Inspired to begin her own training while completing her B.S. in integrative neuroscience, Christina has since worked to help clients change their bodies, habits, and lifestyles using science-based programming.
