If you’re unsure which package suits you best, you can choose one and if your member count exceeds it, we’ll let you know. Then, at the end of the month, we’ll help you move to the right package based on your actual member count. You’ll only be charged the difference between what you’ve paid and the current package if you’ve underestimated your members.

No, only the admin can upgrade the account and purchase memberships for the team. Users won’t incur any fees

Certain packages offer the option for app members to redeem their points for gift cards and donations. Your monthly budget for rewards is determined by your package. When you select a package with rewards, a portion of the cost is allocated to purchasing rewards and donations. Our system automatically optimizes your budget based on your member count. Even if you surpass your budget, Reaction will never charge you without your consent.
